Good price, free shuttle in Ramadhan albeit hit and miss service.. small masjid across the road for local Salah which actually has an interesting history to search.
Another positive is hot shower water, after waiting a bit and perhaps tweaking the boiler system, worked well. Sometimes these cheaper places can suffer with hot water for shower, but so long as you preheat the tank it would work fine with some patience.
I booked a two bedroom suite with two single beds - probably due to booking issues etc, they gave me instead a two bedroom suite, with four beds in each room, meaning 8 beds! So myself and travelling friend were happy to have our own room each and spare beds to lay out our stuff on.
Shuttle not on time leaving often, and returning sometimes not so good or clear that various hotels merged together so it could be a different bus etc so ended up just walking or using Careem scooter at my own cost.
Cleanliness is commensurate with price point. I mentioned water temperature in shower eventually was fine, however, the power of the water from shower head was underwhelming but passable.
On the first day, when I was in the shower, one of the workers just walked into the apartment to bring new blankets - not so bad as it was just me, a solo guy at that point, but could definitely have been an issue if different set of guests - it seems fair to mention this here and not omit, but we all make mistakes so don't let this put you off coming. Maybe just as a warning to be forewarned/forearmed
