The accommodation is in a good location, with plenty of interesting places to visit within driving distance. Very spacious apartment. The grill was great to use, and the pool was the best part. There are plenty of loungers and sofas for sitting by the pool, both in the sun and in the shade. Beautiful accommodation.

We came here as a group of 13 and booked three of the four houses. It's a fantastic place to stay, incredibly reasonably priced for the facilities and a really beautiful site with old farmhouse-style accommodation and lots of plants around. The pool was excellent in terms of size and temperature (and not too chlorinated), and there was a lovely shaded patio as well as loads of sun loungers and cushions to relax by the pool. The kitchens were basic but functional and we cooked for ourselves for a lot of the time, including with the barbecue which was a really fun addition. The location was good, especially with a car, and there were lots of supermarkets, restaurants and beaches a short drive away. It's in a really quiet spot so the only other people we interacted with were the people in the fourth house, who were very nice and polite. The host was friendly and responsive, and flexible when we were running 10 minutes late for checkout. Overall a lovely place to stay, especially for the price and location.
We had a gas leak which unfortunately wasn't resolved and we were asked to unplug the gas alarm which we were unwilling to do for safety reasons - we chose to turn the gas off instead, which worked but meant we couldn't use the hob for the duration of our stay.
Another of the houses also had very weak air conditioning in the lounge which was hired out as a bedroom, which was tricky in July as it got very hot for the people sleeping in there, but the air con was otherwise good across the three houses we had (including in the bedroom in that same house).

The hosts are really lovely and good communicators and the pool was lovely and warm. It's a great location to get to all the main spots like Alberobello, Monopoli etc. The place feels safe and plenty of places to chill in and out of the sun. Enjoyed using the BBQ and the host kindly provided coals. The couches are great too and place feels roomy.
Unfortunately the air con in the main bedroom wasn't working and couldn't get fixed for 2 nights so it was really hard to sleep. The main bedroom is two single beds pushed together and quite uncomfortable. The place overall is tired and needs some updating and maintenance all over. The kitchen drawers were falling apart, every time we opened them things fell off and out as well as the outdoor shower knob. The gas stove is very temperamental and bursts out flames. The internal shower heat only lasted 2 minutes before going cold. Lots of mosquitos in the outdoor dining area (know this isn't their fault but perhaps some citronella candles / incense or spray would be useful).
