Curățenia, amabilitatea și disponibilitatea gazdei. Mimmo ne-a pus la dispziție toate informațiile solicitate.
Cam departe față de plajă și centrul vechi al orașului, lipsa transportului public în zonă. Pe o căldură foarte mare este cam greu să faci pe jos un drum dus- întors către plajă și altul seara, către centrul vechi.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great — within easy walking distance of the town center. The host was very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Termoli.
There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.

La posizione è ottima per chi voglia imbarcarsi per le Eolie e...trovare un buon dentista a Milazzo! Di fatto è molto vicina al porto ed è al centro di un numero imprecisabile di studi odontoiatrici che, non saprei dire perché, sono tutti concentrati nelle strade intorno a piazza XXV Aprile.
L'appartamento si presenta piuttosto buio, all'ingresso. La nostra stanza era davvero piccola, con una vista sui balconi vicinissimi dei dirimpettai che sconsigliava di tenere la tapparella alzata sia di notte che di giorno. Il bagno è pulito, ma ha la porta a soffietto, soluzione che ho trovato anche in altri b&b, che non rappresenta il massimo in termini di privacy e di comfort, specie se, come nel caso della nostra stanza è da riparare. In zona ci sono stalli buoni per la notte, ma non di giorno - disco orario da 2 ore e da appena 30 minuti negli stalli vicini all'ingresso della struttura. Se venite per traghettarvi verso le Eolie, quindi, parcheggiate in Piazza XXV aprile e state attenti a pagare la sosta, altrimenti gli attentissimi ausiliari del traffico di Milazzo, non vi risparmieranno una sanzione.
