In tegenstelling tot de prachtige living, de perfect ingerichte keuken en de slaapkamer met uitzicht viel de badkamer helemaal uit de toon door het ontbreken van een noodzakelijk toiletkastje, de povere verlichting en de aftandse lavabo en bad. De kranen van lavabo en bad + de hendel om te switchen tussen kraan en sproeier zijn een bron van ergernis. (een hamer zou van pas komen). Het mengen tussen warm/koud en het debiet zijn niet te regelen. Hoogdringend te vernieuwen om op het niveau van de rest en van de verhuurprijs te komen.

Die Raumaufteilung hat uns sehr gefallen, insbesonders die beiden Balkone.
Sehr komfortabel ist der Tiefgaragenplatz.
Das Hallenbad im Haus sowie die Cafeteria sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Der Concierge ist sehr zugänglich und freundlich.
Ein Fön fehlt noch und die Microwelle ist im Backofen integriert, was das Handling schwierig macht.
Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine.

L’emplacement est super, la vue est incroyable, l’appartement en soi, son aménagement et le mobilier sont parfaits
Pour le prix demandé nous avons trouvé qu’il pourrait y avoir des prestations supplémentaires en terme de fourniture et d’équipements ménagers, juste de quoi dépanner à l’arrivée. exple : 1 rouleau de papier wc, 1 pastille vaisselle, 2 pastilles senseo, etc). Ce qui est fourni dans tous les établissements que nous avons fréquentés auparavant, avec des prix bien moins élevés
