State of the art apartment with soothing colors and top notch amenities that i can imagine seeing featured in a modern design magazine. Kudos to the designer/s.
The apt has absolutely everything you may need or didnt even know you need (and from the best quality) with a quiet ac system! It's smart apartment/host where everything has been carefully thought of to make our visit as pleasant and safe as possible.
And it has the best location too! Turn to the right and you're right in the hussle & bussle, turn to the left, you're 10 min walk from the lake, castle and boat to the island. Its a nice contrast between the outside, busy & vibrant, and the inside which feels like a modern cave, very quiet & relaxing.
Hopefully it didnt spoil me for other apartments...

Αριστος οικοδεσπότης ο κ. Γιώργος, πρόθυμος διαθέσιμος και εξυπηρετικός με το παραπάνω. Το διαμέρισμα άψογο, στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε ήσυχο πεζόδρομο, παντού με τα πόδια, με ιδιωτικό parking, πολύ σημαντικό για εμάς που είχαμε τελικό προορισμό την Χαλκιδική και ένα πορτμπαγκάζ γεμάτο πράγματα. Εξαιρετικό το σύστημα κλιματισμού του σπιτιού, οχι ένα κλιματιστικό αλλά θυρίδες κλιματισμού τοποθετημένες σε σωστά σημεία στο χώρο! Σιγουρα θα ξαναπάμε αν βρεθούμε στα Ιωάννινα. Σας ευχαριστούμε κ. Γιώργο.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία πολύ καθαρό το κατάλυμα. Το κατάλυμα έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ κλειστό και ασανσέρ. Οι αναρτημενες φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται πλήρως στη πραγματικότητα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας έδωσε πολύ σαφής οδηγίες για την περιήγηση μας και για εστιατόρια και καφέ.
Δεν βρήκα κάτι αρνητικό

Ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα προσεγμένο και στην παραμικρή του λεπτομέρεια.Στο κέντρο της πόλης με πάρκινγκ. Ότι καλύτερο μπορεί να ζήσετε αν είστε στα Ιωάννινα.
