Superb location in the citadel

What a cool apartment and what a wonderful host... Ostuni exceeded all of our expectations! The town is incredibly charming and truly something you should not miss when travelling through southern Italy. Don’t make the same mistake we did — Ostuni deserves at least four days if you really want to experience it properly. The apartment also exceeded our expectations by far! Here, you get to stay in a cave-like apartment full of history. From the bed, you can see the illuminated historic cellar that was once used in the past. Romantic, mysterious and cool — all at the same time! The apartment is located right in the heart of the old town. I will definitely be coming back to Ostuni soon, and when I do, I won’t stay anywhere else but here! Our host, Claudio, deserves a paragraph of his own. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to meet him in person, but what a wonderful person he is. Already the day before our arrival, Claudio had explained exactly how to get there and had even recorded a video showing the route in case the GPS didn’t work. He took the time to answer all of our questions — and there were quite a few of them, sorry Claudio! And when we weren’t asking questions, Claudio would check in with us himself to make sure everything was okay and to let us know that he was available for anything we might need. And that is exactly how it felt throughout our stay. Thank you, Claudio, and please keep being such a kind and genuinely fantastic host! I hope we get to see you soon!

I liked that it had a fairly large shower . It was clean and host was very responsive . The mini bar /fridge that you could buy from was nice so you didn’t have to go far .
