Spacious apartment, let us check out late
We arrived at 2pm to check in and we're asked to come back at 3.30 as the apartment had not been cleaned. We had just travelled for 24hours and my 2year old had been sick a few times so this was not ideal.
When we got in the apartment I put my daughter to bed but the cleaner was there for another hour cleaning around us, including the bedroom where she was sleeping.
The beds were so hard and uncomfortable my partner and I both had bad backs for the whole of our stay.
We couldn't switch the Aircon in the main room off so we were freezing most of the time.
The apartment was fairly clean but bathroom had some mould. There was only a microwave in the kitchen, no oven and not much cutlery or plates etc.
The TV remote didn't work so we could only use YouTube from our phones to connect to it.
