It had really nice ambience and the rooms were lovely. The view from the hotel was amazing and the breakfast served was very good as well.

Location was good as it was 5 minute walk to the town center. The rooms were decent. Service ok. Used the spa - the massage was very good. The lady who did the facial was uninterested and did not even do the full 45 minutes.
The food was very bad even the breakfast. Absolute chaos at breakfast. No table numbers, not a single person to take orders for the live stations so every passing waiter was given the same order when nothing came. Thus some got what they ordered and what they didnt while the tables further back didnt get even tea or coffee for a long time and after several reminders if they were lucky.
