Great location and very comfortable. Loved having outdoor space.
While any issues that arise are immediately dealt with via what’s app there is no person at the property.

the host is very kind and communicative. we loved the terrace, kitchen appliance and the cleanliness. we had some issue with hot water but the host responded quickly with offering another apartment for showering. my parents were very comfortable.
nothing i didn't like but we preferred if the toilet had an shower head by the toilet seat (shattaf) or wet wipes, this is for hygiene and cultural reasons, and think this could improve service very well. it would be also great if we got couple bags of laundry detergents but that is easily solvable in the area. otherwise all was great.

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön, deshalb hatten wir uns gefreut diese nächstes Jahr für 4 Wochen buche zu können. Uns wurde ein super Angebot versprochen wenn es uns gefällt
Leider wurden vom Gastgeber total hinters Licht geführt und belogen. Falsche Versprechungen vorher der Buchung und nur deshalb hatten wir gebucht. Danach hat er genau das, was er uns zugesagt hatte (ich hatte eine Mail in der alles stand) nicht erfüllt und ignoriert. So einen Umgang mit Gästen finde ich extrem krass. Dadurch haben wir jetzt richtige Probleme eine andere adäquate Unterkunft zu finden. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man Gäste so verarschen muss
