The room was spacious and quiet, and the staff were very polite and welcoming.
Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. Even though I placed the “Room Service Please” tag on the door, the room was not serviced. Basic amenities were not provided unless requested. The kettle provided was very dirty, so I couldn’t even use it to warm water despite asking for one. The upper floor rooms were extremely hot during the daytime, almost like an oven, and the air conditioner seemed very old and made loud noise throughout the stay.
