Me sorprendió la calidez en la atención que recibimos, mi marido y yo somos adultos mayores y en la noche mi marido se sintió mal y para mi tranquilidad en el hotel la persona que estaba a cargo me hizo saber que si se me ofrecía atención medica no me preocupara que ellos me conseguían un medico a la hora que yo lo necesitara, y después de un rato esta persona se acerco a nuestra habitación para preguntarnos si requeríamos de algún medicamento o algún tipo de suero que ellos iban a la farmacia y me lo conseguían, me sentí muy apoyada y muy tranquila, les doy las gracias me hicieron sentir en familia.

This is a wonderful small hotel in a location that is very convenient to all of Zacatlan's main attractions and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make guests feel taken care of. They even ordered dinner for delivery for us one night and brought it to our room! Rooms are nicely designed, beds are very comfortable, and the showers have plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed our four night stay.

La hospitalidad que nos dieron todo el personal en todo momento de la estancia, las instalaciones son bastante cómodas y limpias, además de calientitas, bastante céntrico, me gustó mucho, gracias por la linda experiencia ☺️‼️.
