It’s location, location, location. An old building and a home with heritage, modern touches and vibe. The most comfortable bed and how well it was setup for our use. And the host was considerate, kind and attentive.
It was clean where it needed to be but not in others. This is a woman talking here - there was dust and spider webs in the corners. Or dust on a nick knack. These are minor but noticed.

Advertised with WiFi and there isn’t any service Spoke to owner and said they have had problems with provider but no resolution If you need WiFi don’t book here

Very easy check in process! Location and view were everything. Stay here if location matters most to you. Beautiful view and in the heart of town
Disappointed in wifi. WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there and even reached out in advance to the host to ensure wifi would be working because of coming from out of the country wifi was very important to us. They said they would look into it but did nothing to fix it. Made them aware it was not working and they said they would reach out to the company but the most they seemed to do was check their app and tell me it was working, but it wasn’t. Dint stay here if wifi is important to you, would agree with the previous comments that the cleanliness could be better. But was clean enough to stay, just could be a bit better

The location was fantastic! Beautiful views of Lake Como from a small balcony. Easy walking to restaurants, shops, amazing views, and a gelateria just below the apartment.
Stroll along the waterfront to get to the ferry docks. Stroll the other way through Varenna and to the town center. It's an ideal location. Just know there are steps to get down or up to the apartment depending on which way you come in.
The main bedroom was nice and comfortable. Bath towels and a thoughtful small toiletry packet were displayed nicely on the bed.
The 2nd bedroom did work for 2 people, but would be more comfortable for one.
We had a few issues with the apartment during our stay. The shower backed up and we had to clean out the drain as they would call the plumber after our checkout.
The floors were quite dirty as we found out when we walked around in socks or bare feet. Some dishes/pots in the kitchen weren't clean either, and there were a lot of ants.
