Free coffee and water. The Wi-Fi works (although it gets flagged as unsafe).
The toilet seat was dirty when we arrived; the room was freezing even with the AC set up for max temperature (which is supposedly 25°, but there’s no way that thing is going anywhere near the 20’s), which made for a not so good sleep; the bed isn’t particularly comfortable either; even though we paid for late checkout until 3pm, we got locked out of the room soon after 12pm; the staff were completely clueless in dealing with their own software, and their ineffectiveness wasted over half an hour of the time we were paying extra for, and there wasn’t a single apology for any of it.
