Great apartment in a good location

Great apartment, very stylish and arty. Lovely to see paintings done by the owner. Very well equipped. Close to the places of interest. Great communication with the owner.

There is nothing to dislike.

Gorgeous, like a home from home.

Lovely looking inside, comfortable and great facilities. Location was great. Good communication with owner.

Only minor point is it’s up a couple of flights of quite steep stairs. So it was a challenge with a massive suitcase.

Overall: disappointing experience despite a decent apartment.

The apartment itself was nice and generally comfortable, and the owner was responsive when we contacted her. The location was also convenient for our stay.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected the overall quality of our stay. Communication was sometimes unclear, particularly regarding the additional guest fee, which was initially communicated as €30 and only later clarified as €30 per night, resulting in an additional €90 just before our stay. We therefore felt very uncomfortable being asked to send complete photos of our documents through WhatsApp, especially as the required identification data can be provided without retaining a copy of the document. We were woken up at night by loud noise coming from below, which made it difficult to sleep. The pillows were also extremely soft, and we chose to use cushions from the sofa for additional support. Unfortunately, the towels had a strong musty smell. We reported this and they were replaced, but unfortunately the second set had the same issue, so in the end we had to buy our own towels. Overall, the apartment itself was fine, but the combination of the communication issues, noise and problems with the towels made the stay less comfortable than we expected.

Sijainti rauhallinen, silti keskeisellä paikalla. Persoonallinen siisti ja hyvin varusteltu asunto. Yhteys majoittajaan todella sujuvaa, kaikki meni hienosti. Asialle ei ollut meille merkitystä, mutta huomioitava liikuntarajoitteisille että tähän 2-kerroksen asuntoon johtavat portaat ovat jyrkät.
