Great location. Easy 15 min walk to Mollymook Beach South or to Mollymook Beach Shops. Well stocked kitchen crockery and utensils. Air conditioning worked well upstairs on hot days. For golfers, the 16th green of Hilltops is across the road.
Could do with a handyman visit to fix a few things given the price. Nothing terrible, but expected a little better.

Easy access. Great living area and well equipped kitchen.
The home was spotless on arrival... kitchen and bathroom were clean. However wardrobes, bedside tables, drawers in bathroom to put personal items were all dirty and needed a quick wipe to remove dirt from previous guests. There was also quite a lot of left over bathroom products from previous guests that probably just needed to be thrown out rather than left in the bathroom. We stayed 11 nights so needed space to unpack and would have appreciated a little less clutter and bit more of a deeper clean around the place rather than just the surface clean (which had been done well).
