This space is perfect for a group of 5 or fewer who want to enjoy all Nantucket has to offer. It is minutes from the island's South Shore Beaches (Surfside 5 mins), and Stop and Shop/Mid Island Restaurants (2 mins). Getting around is easy with the Wave Shuttle Stop and bike path across the street.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! Charles, the owner, was incredibly welcoming—and meeting his sweet puppy Honey was a bonus highlight. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Nantucket Wave bus system, which made getting around the island a breeze. Inside, the home has a unique industrial-nautical charm that’s both stylish and cozy—thoughtfully designed with lots of character. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay while visiting Nantucket for the 1st time! This property is located in a great location - and the bus stop was across the street! The grocery store was only a few blocks away so we also walked there.
The property itself was very comfortable, and the host was delightful to chat with. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. We felt very safe and I would definitely stay here again if I ever get another chance to visit Nantucket.

We stayed for a long weekend, a group in our mid-30s, and overall the experience was as expected based on the listing and photos.It was relatively clean, though we did notice a fair amount of cobwebs throughout. Also worth noting: the owner lives on-site and did ask us to keep the noise down on Friday evening, so this may be something to keep in mind if your group plans to be social. Sound insulation is also limited—you can hear everything from upstairs, with noise typically starting around 7am.it suited us fine for a short weekend getaway. Just a few things to be aware of depending on your preferences.
