Chania Memories is located in the heart of Chania, just 150m from the Municipal Market (Agora) and 300m from the Old Town. Its prime location offers easy walking access to restaurants, cafes, shops, and the city’s top attractions, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Additionally, the property is conveniently located between two local beaches: Nea Chora (800m) and Koum Kapi (800m), offering guests easy access to the sea and beautiful coastal walks without needing a car.
The apartment is fully renovated and designed for a comfortable, functional stay. Situated on the second floor (no elevator), it can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm) and an ergonomic sofa-bed (160×200 cm) in the living room, suitable for two additional guests. A 32” TV is available in the bedroom, while a 50” Smart TV is provided in the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meal and coffee preparation, and the bathroom includes a washing machine. Guests enjoy free high-speed fiber internet (300 Mbps) throughout the property and access to Cosmote TV. The balcony offers a street view.
A municipal multi-story paid parking lot is located exactly across the street, while street parking is also available in the surrounding area.

We stayed in this apartment in April/May 2026. It was an excellent base as we visited this lovely part of the island.Location. We are a retired couple who walk & use public transit. Easy walk to waterfront & old city with many options for supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, cafes etc very close by, We walked to the local farmers markets held throughout the week including the fabulous Saturday market (all within 15 minute walk). Also close to parks/gardens for relaxing. The property was minutes away from the main bus station & many stops for the intercity Chania buses.Apartment. The apartment was impeccably clean w/ nice decor. It has an airy feel with lots of natural light. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances & a large refrigerator w/ freezer. Excellent a/c. Good shower w/ lots of hot water & a washing machine. The building is quiet. Some street noise but it is blocked with doors closed. Hosting. The hosting team was the best, Anticipated our needs & responded quickly but weren’t intrusive. They let us know that we could check in early even though we hadn’t requested it. A lovely note & gift welcomed us. We appreciated their suggestions of activities we might be interested in. They offered us clean linens a few times over our stay & even brought us a lighter duvet as the weather got warmer. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 10 starsWould stay here again in an instant if we come back to Chania!
