Both bedrooms boast high quality mattresses with luxurious memory foam toppers and sparking clean linens. ❖EAT❖ The fully stocked kitchen is complete with a dual fridge/freezer, microwave, electric range and oven, and Keurig coffee maker. You will also find the cabinets stocked with dishes, cutlery, cookware, bakeware, utensils and all the essentials for a home-cooked meal. The sunlit dining area next to the kitchen offers seating for four. The guest resources binder inside the suite lists all of our favorite downtown restaurants which are just minutes away. ❖RELAX❖ The ultra comfortable couch and loveseat provide ample seating in the living room, which features a flatscreen Fire TV and charging ports for many devices. Parking is limited to 2 cars per reservation. The house has separate upper and lower levels. You will have private access to the entire upper level of the house, including: ❖ Upper deck/seating area ❖ Private door & entryway ❖ Private suite with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining area, and full bathroom The lower level of the house is occupied by a trusted tenant. You may cross paths outside, but you most likely won't hear them at all. :) We offer completely contactless check-in, but are able to be contacted for recommendations or requests. We love showing off our city and are always happy to provide restaurant or activity suggestions, but we also respect your privacy and will leave you undisturbed during your stay. Early check-ins/late check-outs can often be accommodated with advance notice for an additional fee. Unapproved late check-outs will automatically incur a fee of $50 per hour.
