Easy to stay. Very nice location.

My experience with this location was really bad and here are my reasons : 1 - Their wifi was really poor for remote working , specially VDI . When contacting their support to see If I could use another networking from them , they said the other networking connection was for internal use only . 2- The space is totally unfriendly if you have luggage. Several carpets at the entrance cant allow you to push your own bags and the worst part is the Turnstiles . I dont know who was the genius who put those there , but if you have bags,those turnstiles will make your life really harder 3- There is nobody in the concierge desk most of the time . Help yourself if you need assistance . 4- There is a mini market inside the location but the credit card machine is always out of service . The only method of payment according to the desk is “MERCADO PAGO” . SO if you are a foreign or dont have the mercado pago thing , forget it ! You will not be able to purchase anything and nobody is there to help you out . 5- And the cherry on top was on the check out date. Somebody simply invaded my room around 10:00 am without knocking the door ( check out time was 11:00am ) and I was leaving the shower . I was kind of “what it is going on here”? How the people of this hotel go into inside the rooms on check out date without knocking the doors before the check out time and catch the guests on their privacy ( after showering)? And I had even paid 105.00 BRL to have late check out .

Definitely a budget, Hotel, and not particularly suitable for a business trip. There was no outlet to plug in a laptop by the table. For those sensitive to noise, is directly underneath the path of giant airplanes flying overhead, though the hotel didn’t provide air plugs. The towels were Paper thin and very rough. It’s a glorified hostel, in some aspects, with a fully loaded kitchen, which was nice. There is a couple of nice grocery stores within walking distance and some nice restaurants and cafés the neighborhood neighborhood as well. I will not stay there again, though, unless you were on a budget or don’t mind a hostel experience.

Stayed for a week for a conference. It is very close to inspire, and the grocery store around the corner from it is lovely. However, the property itself is bare bones. I can deal with that all the amenities of a three star or four star hotel, the thing sent were particularly vexing included: not having any electrical plugs by the table, making it almost impossible to work with your laptop in the unit. The towels were threadbare, shower temperature, tepid, which made for an unpleasant week of stay. Staff were surly, and not particularly helpful. No room service unless you flag someone down. The Nespresso machine was nice, but the kitchen itself was bare minimum. Also had issues with ants in my room. Supposed to be on a 19th floor with a balcony, but overall, unless you are a student or manager expectation, I would not stay here again. Definitely not for a business trip.
