Gorgeous cosy wooden cottage. Bed so comfy. Kitchen to prepare my food in. Some cheap eateries close by where people sell Malay food from out the front of their houses. A large supermarket just 1 minute drive away called Pantai Timor Pasaraya. Owner very friendly

My bed was so cosy. Nice rustic feel as the house is all made out of wood. I was able to buy snacks in supermarket and store in kitchen. The price was very fair and the owner was very helpful and friendly
The house is next to a noisy road that goes quiet at bed time. So if you're sensitive to passing car noise and want to sleep early, then you can dip tissue in coconut oil or vaseline and stick in your ears when it's time for sleep.

Host is very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant that serves dinner just next door, super convenient for a rainy/lazy day. It is a kampung house, so it was quite an experience too. The price is really good compared to the other homestays and it is less than 1km to Tumpat train station.
