Excellent location but unsatisfactory hygiene standards

Location was excellent

Level of cleanliness Lack of basic facilities such as hand wash in the toilet Horrible stinking smell in the kitchen No help from staff despite several complaints

Overall not great from the perspective of customer service. Won’t be staying there again.

The location was perfect. The rooms are spacious and well lit and the ac was needed with it being so hot outside. Views of the sea was awesome. It was quiet too.

When we arrived the property wasn’t even ready despite being told to check in from 3pm. It was hard getting hold of anyone and when the cleaner eventually arrived we had to go back out in the heat for an hour to kill time. They took a deposit sum of 300 for damage costs which in turn appeared the flat was already damaged when we got there. The reality does not really match the pictures on the listing. The lampshade was wrecked in the lounge, the kitchen was tiny and very badly equipped (not even a chopping board) and its extortionate money for the level in which it was presented. You’re basically paying for location.

Damage deposit and smell of dump

Location is good central to all the local shops and Restaurants Apartment need improvements to be done smell of dump in the Living room and all over the Apartment Everything is old and broken shower door is missing shower head half broken sink to small you can’t wash your face properly Self check in went ok apart from the damage Deposit of 500 euros they required in order to send you Check in information They are holding your deposit up to 14 days and more you have to pay to third company they are using then you need to wait more then 2 weeks money to come back to your account I don’t feel comfortable to pay that amount to third company and wait 2/3 weeks money to come to my account They have this in the fine print and you receive this information after you make a Booking it should be in the Description and you should be notified before you make Booking not after as you can’t cancel the Booking and mine one was not refundable.

Lovely internal accommodation

The apartment was really clean and well equipped. The issue of not enough towels was resolved quickly. Location was excellent so easy to walk to restaurants, food shops, bars and bus stop. The apartment was quiet with the bedrooms at the back. We were able to drop off our luggage early which was perfect.

The outside area which only we could access was adequate with chairs, sun loungers and a table. But it was really not well maintained and very uninviting which was disappointing. One of the beds had to be replaced which wasn't a problem but the bed was not remade which was annoying. There were no protective mattress covers this we found surprising. The shower water did not drain away and the tray over flowed after every shower. This was reported, photos sent and we were advised this would be fixed after our stay. I was surprised as it was only day 3 of 7 but to be honest we decided to leave it and sta gger our very short showers. On reflection I should have insisted on a plumber being called.

Tágas, szép háromszobás apartman. Minden helyisége klimatizált Kényelmes ágyak, kiváló, jó minőségű ágyneműkkel..A konyha jól felszerelt, plusz nagy hűtőgép van benne. A nappali panorámás ablakából gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre, a partra. Nagyon jó helyen van, buszmegállók, élelmiszerbolt a közelben. A vendéglátók figyelmesek, segítőkészek. Hét éjszakát töltöttünk ott, minden nagyon rendben volt.
