The worst experience I have ever had.

The property is very central and key collection and return were straight forward.

- Extremely rude staff, very unprofessional behaviour and communication, refusal to provide a correct invoice for charged fee, falsely claiming some old stains on a mattress protector were caused by us - While the location of the property is very central and convenient, the view from the property is not nice: it's toward a back yard and garage entrance of the neighbouring building - The property claims very high standards of hygiene, however, their premises fell significantly short of the standards: there was plenty of hair in the bathroom drawers, the bath cabins were mouldy, and the frying pan in the kitchen cupboard was greasy and unwashed. - Noting the property's inaccurate comment below, which is another evidence of their extreme rudeness, I would like to add that the property did not "discover" the child's minor urine accident, I myself reported it to them! The pictures they subsequently sent us, were however older stains and had nothing to do with us! The over USD25 fee they asked to charge for washing the mattress protector are not justified. The fee is not the issue, it's the principle and their rudeness. Given their double standards and boasts of high standard of hygiene, I listed evidence which shows how they fall short of their standard (incl. the old urine stain on the mattress protector) and which I wouldn't have brought up otherwise. They falsely claim that the list was "invented". Just the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Will never come close to these hosts.

Cosy apartment close to Malibu park

The location is great. Near Malibu park. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. Also supermarkets, very close to the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything for a short term stay.

The ventilation was not working in one of the two bathrooms.
