It was great that it had parking included and was dog friendly. Would be great for kids.

Attention to detail is needed on the cleaning. There were cobwebs on the ceiling in the main bedroom and behind the bedside table. Some of the decor isn’t practical, one of the knobs on the double bed fell off and look like they have been glued on several times. The mat on the landing needs a rug holder to stop it sliding on the floor, the living room sofa is in 3 parts and needs hooking together as a small child could fall through the gap.

Had everything supplied, comfortable everything was explained in welcome book. Perfect location for sightseeing in Cornwall .

Only 1 small issue the wooden table & bench outside was very wobbly.
