La posizione eccellente rispetto al centro, al porto e alle spiagge. Vicina a molte farmacie e supermarket.
La pressione dell’acqua del lavandino del bagno era molto debole, la doccia aveva un telo e non un vetro, la cassaforte non era funzionante
