Alpha Villas ist eine noch sehr neue Anlage bestehend aus drei Häusern, die so gebaut sind, dass man nicht von den Nachbarn gestört wird. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft überraschte uns der Vermieter mit einem voll befüllten Kühlschrank (Wasser, Getränke, Bier, Snacks, Süßigkeiten) und einer Obstschüssel. Ein besonderes Highlight des Hauses ist der Pool, der im rechten Winkel um zwei Seiten des Hauses verläuft. Im Sommer ist damit für eine tolle Abkühlung gesorgt, Ende Oktober war das Wasser sehr kalt (wahrscheinlich wurde es frisch aufgefüllt). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, wo das Wasser auch im Oktober noch sehr warm ist (ca. 23 Grad). Der Besitzer der Crazy Crab Beach Bar stellt auf dem Strand ein paar Liegen und Schirme kostenlos zur Verfügung, wenn man etwas bei ihm konsumiert. Im wenigen Minuten nahen Gennadi gibt es einige Tavernen. Am liebsten hatten wir Mamas Kitchen und Zorbas im Ortszentrum sowie Antonis Fish Tavern direkt am Meer. Lindos ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Highlight war auch die Taverne bei der Kirche im Dorf Lahania. Es war alles absolut perfekt und Oktober auch eine gute Reisezeit, weil die milden Temperaturen es erlauben, etwas zu unternehmen oder zu besichtigen. Das Einzige, das ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig war, ist, dass das oberste (erste) Haus, in dem wir wohnten, direkt neben der Straße liegt; d.h., die Autos und Lastwagen, die hier vorbeidonnern, sind schon laut.

Our stay at Alpha Villas was absolutely wonderful. The apartments are impeccably clean and thoughtfully prepared for new guests. They are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and our first impression was extremely positive. The terraces are the perfect place to enjoy breathtaking seaside sunrises and sunsets, thanks to the property’s stunning location right by the sea. The swimming pool is also a wonderful amenity, providing a refreshing escape on hot days. The host is friendly, attentive, and exceptionally helpful, always responding to questions and requests promptly. Overall, Alpha Villas exceeded our expectations, and we would be delighted to stay there again.

Lots of room with everything you need, pool was fantastic and needed as very hot.
Road noise when outside, could do with some thicker soft cushions for outside seating and inside sofa, mattress was a bit thin for us causing sore back and sides each morning
