The apartment is clean, well proportioned, has a little balcony and all the necessary utilties. It is very central, and except for parking (a hardship in Pizzo anyway), everything is very accessible. Nothing cluttered, well appointed, really very nice and chill. Loved the AC in the living room, as it does get damp and hot.
It was not so easy to get the correct phone number for the lady who takes care of the apartment. She messaged me the number without the proper country code, so I was confused and contacted the owner, who was very helpful and nice. Once I reached the lady, she was pleasant and helpful.
Generally speaking it is a noisy location. That is fine, nothing against the apartment, but its central location means that the nightlife spills over, the church next door rings its bells, voices travel, and there is always some construction going on. The kitchen could use a cutting board, and we did go out and get hangers and clothes pegs. Those we left there, for the greater good.

Lokalita přímo v centru Pizzo, doslova 5 minut od náměstí. Na krátkodobý pobyt s malým zavazadlem se hodila pračka s pracím gelem, šňůra na prádlo na balkoně a fén na vlasy. Prostorný apartmán. Na místní poměry i celkem klid. Pohodlná postel, v obývacím pokoji klimatizace. Vlakem se za 40 minut dostanete do Tropea. Na nádraží je to pěšky cca 25 minut.
Dost malý sprchový kout, koupelna a též nevhodná sprchová předložka (ručník). Užila bych více háčků na ručníky či oblečení. Méně kuchyňského vybavení - nejvíce chyběla utěrka a též zde nebyly sáčky v koších na odpadky. Prostěradlo a chránič matrace se neustále sesouval. TV nešla připojit k Wifi, která je i slabě zabezpečená a rychlost nic moc.

Skvelá poloha v centre, na miestnu pláž tiež relatívne blízko cca 10-15min schodami. Práčka aj pracie prostriedky, žehlička, fén.
Vedelo by tam byt aj čistejšie, chýbajúce kuchynské vybavenie (použiteľný len základ),

Struttura molto centrale nel mezzo del paese di Pizzo, ambienti spaziosi.
L‘ingresso purtroppo pareva un cantiere a causa di lavori in corso (ma già terminati da tempo), inizialmente sembrava di entrare in uno scantinato. La struttura è stata ristrutturata in maniera un po‘ grossolana senza molta cura per il dettaglio, inoltre purtroppo abbiamo trovato oggetti dei turisti che ci avevano anteceduti (dentifricio quasi terminato, shampoo ecc.), il che ci ha dato l’impressione di scarsa pulizia ed poca attenzione per il cliente. Purtroppo l’assenza di un parcheggio rende la permanenza complicata nei periodi di altra stagione (luglio/agosto).
