The apartment is beautifully positioned, offering a breathtaking view over Split, the harbor, the streets, and the nearby beach. It has been recently renovated, completely transforming an apartment in a building from the Yugoslav era into a stylish and modern space. The transformation covers every single detail, creating a unique and convenient place to stay.
The host took care of every little touch to make the stay feel special—including a wide range of glasses for evening cocktails, binoculars for a better view, and high-quality amenities throughout. Mario was a fantastic host who couldn't have been more helpful!

Vue spendide, appartement très moderne, très bien agencé et très bien équipé. On s'y sent très bien. Très bien situé à distance de marche du centre ville (15min). Très bon contact avec Mario réactif et de bons conseils. Boissons fraîches dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée, très apprécié. Gel douche fourni dans la salle de bain. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter.

+ Die Aussicht in dieser Unterkunft ist ÜBERWELTIGEND!
+ Saubere Wohnung in jeder Ecke
+ Vollständige Ausstattung (Küche / Badezimmer) - sogar Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett / Wäschetrockner (als Maschine und Ständer auf dem Außen-Balkon)
+ sehr netter und schneller Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin die den Hin und Rücktransport organisiert hat wie auch eine Einlagerung von unserem Gepäck (da der Flug später stattgefunden hat)
+ Funktionierende (leise) Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern
+ Fernseher mit allen Medien in Wohnzimmer + in beiden Schlafzimmern (falls man die braucht bei der Aussicht :-)
