Удобное расположение — до моря около 5 минут пешком. Просторная терраса, где комфортно отдыхать большой компанией. Владельцы были спокойными и вежливыми.
Описание объекта не соответствует реальности. В объявлении создается впечатление, что сдается весь дом, однако фактически гостям предоставляется только второй этаж, а на первом постоянно проживают владельцы. Более того, кухня находится на первом этаже, поэтому пользоваться ею приходится, проходя через жилую часть хозяев. Там же, в санузле владельцев, расположена стиральная машина. Эта важная информация нигде не указана.
Во всем доме стоит сильный затхлый запах старых вещей. После хранения в шкафах одежда пропитывается этим запахом. В каждой спальне стоят по два больших шкафа, однако оба полностью забиты личными вещами владельцев — одеждой, коробками и другими вещами, которые сложены даже сверху шкафов. В каждой спальне для гостей оставлена всего одна полка, чего совершенно недостаточно. Когда мы спросили, куда можно повесить одежду, нам просто немного сдвинули старые вещи в шкафу, освободив минимальное пространство. В итоге разместить свои вещи было практически невозможно, а одежда быстро пропитывалась затхлым запахом.
Основная ванная комната находится в неудовлетворительном состоянии и требует тщательной уборки. На шторках в обеих ванных комнатах видна плесень, что недопустимо.
Кухня — самое большое разочарование. Она очень старая, мебель буквально разваливается, ощущается неприятный запах, часть ящиков и кухонной утвари ржавая и сильно изношенная. Готовить в таких условиях было неприятно. Единственное, что выглядело нормально, — холодильник.
При обращении к владельцам по поводу отсутствия места для хранения вещей ответ был: «Мы же освободили вам одну полку». Для семи гостей это нельзя считать нормальным решением.
