Excellent villa with stunning countryside and a bit of a sea view. Gorgeous big pool plus table tennis and other garden games. Sylvia is a great host providing lots of information on things to do, although the villa ticked the we need to relax box so much we spent a lot of time enjoying the scenery from the pool area.
Two tavernas within 10 min walk, village shops including great bakery, coffee shop and some supermarkets etc 5 min drive. Variety of beaches 20 min drive.
Fantastic week, can see us coming back in the future.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im grosszügigen und gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen. Der Pool und der Garten haben es uns sehr angetan. Es ist eine Oase der Entspannung und Ruhe.

What an incredible property! Even better than the photos show. A fantastic large pool, luxury sunloungers, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms all of a good size and the whole house was spotlessly clean. The driveway is nothing to worry about- just a slightly steep rocky track but easy to drive in any car.
Also a lovely, peaceful location in Nípos, with 2 fantastic village tavernas a 5 min walk away, plus a good supermarket only a 5 min drive away.
Silvia was a wonderful host, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. 10/10 would recommend to any family or a group of friends!
Good local taxis can get you to Chania or Rethinmo in around 30-40 mins for approx 65€ so not too remote either.

Traumhafte Villa mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht mit Blick auf Berge und Meer.Ein wirkliches Paradies. Silvia ist sehr zuvorkommend sehr sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Die Küche ist hochwertig modern eingerichtet. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel Zubereitung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Villa mit drei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder sind luxuriös eingerichtet. Hervorheben möchten wir die super Matratzen, haben fantastisch geschlafen. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe und Blumen angelegt und der gigantische Pool mit den drei wunderschönen Palmen ist traumhaft eingebettet in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Entspannung pur. Sonnenschirme und bequeme Liegen sind genug vorhanden. Supermärkte und genügend Tavernen mit gutem Essen sind in ca. 5 min. Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir haben uns selten so wohl und erholt gefühlt.Nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an Silvia. Wir kommen wieder.
Der Urlaub war zu kurz.
