The location was fantastic, the room was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful! Catalina spoke great English and offered excellent service in addition to providing local recommendations.

Location is awesome, simple 10 minute walk to an area of Santiago with really great restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the view is terrific from the top floor apartment. Esmeralda and Catalina on reception were the best! Super friendly, made us feel immediately at home, and very knowledgeable about the area. They really made our stay feel comfortable and welcoming.
