The apartment is spacious but still feels cozy and comfortable. There’s a great shopping mall literally a one-minute walk away with everything you might need. The maintenance guy was also excellent — very responsive, sharp, and always sorted out any issues incredibly quickly. Overall, a very comfortable stay!
The building numbers are very confusing, especially at night when there is no one available to contact. We initially went into the wrong building because the neighboring building has a huge “6” on it. Even delivery drivers struggled to find the correct entrance. A simple photo of the correct entrance would really help.
Also, I stayed for almost two weeks and no cleaning was included — it was only available for an extra charge, which was surprising for a serviced apartment in Abu Dhabi.
One small inconvenience: when I asked about Netflix (explaining that I had my own account), I was told that Netflix wasn’t available on the TV and no assistance was offered. I eventually figured it out myself and found that Netflix was actually available. It seems the staff could be better informed about the apartment’s facilities.

The property was very close to a mall, so easy to get food and supplies.
It was very easy check in, with great description on how from the property.
It was very clean and had all the basic kitchen appliances and some lovely bathroom toiletries were supplied.
No negatives.
