Proximity to train station, beach, promenade, city center; the view from the living room/kitchen; the welcome Cornish cookies; bed size; quiet environment; mirror with light in the bathroom; games and books for entertainment; large shower. Big kuddos to Emma the cleaner that came to help us get in the flat!
It is complicated to get in the flat: outside code with buttons that only work by pressing hard then push a heavy door on ground floor that hurt my partner twice then go to the 2nd floor to get the keys from a lock box then... a door that refuses to be opened but I will get back to that; no furnitures to store clothes; no body/hair lotion; rusty TV remote control.
We struggled to get in the flat the first time but after 5 min of battle we did it. Little did we know that would be the last time we would use the keys during our stay. The second time we failed after another 10 min of try. After contacting the landlady, their cleaner came to saved us. We were told not to lock anymore until the lock would be fixed. Thus, we spent the next three days leaving the flat with an unlocked door. Fortunately, it is a challenge to get there and we only left clothes in the flat.

Great location good for the buses and the trains. Well equipped with everything you would need. Nice to have a selection of games if you wanted them. Show was excellent plus plenty of hot water.
Nice to have a pint of milk for the well needed cup of tea on arrival.
The entrance hall and stairs look a bit tired but didn’t detract from the appartment be well maintained so do let that put you off. A little tight down one side of the bed I managed to stub my toes several times until putting a cushion down to avoid this.

Location
Smell of damp and noise from air con and small sofa and no tv in bedroom and not very cosy. Was cold at times during the day.
