The room was large and clean, everything in it is new, excellent wifi, the hostess is a lovely young lady who will assist you with any requests concerning your room during your stay. There are convenience stores such as seven eleven and tops daily within two minutes walking distance, and a super market too.

La struttura é pulita e accogliente, letti nuovi, cuscini lenzuola tutto nuovo, posto silenzioso, la ragazza della reception disponibilissima e super gentile, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Con questo rapporto qualità prezzo non trovi niente in tutto phuket garantito!
L’unico punto a sfavore la porta sul terrazzino che datata e con qualche fessura che entra il sole, e la rubinetteria del bagno non proprio fissata bene, ma tutto tipico della thailandia, non prima volta che soggiorno e queste cose le ho sempre riscontrate.

Staff is very friendly, she kept waiting for me till 10 PM as my flight was delayed, they helped with the bags. It is good for a budget casual staying but located in karun had to take a 10$ taxi to phatong and vice versa to find the activites same case to any place.
In case youll rent a bike and rent this stay for a casual budget stay, id say go ahead given the price.
No iron in the room.
Only 2 bottles of water were available.
Everything else was fine
