とにかく清潔で、設置してあるキッチン用品（炊飯器・トースターなど）とても機能性高いです。
建物の機密性も高いです。
駐車場🅿️に もっと灯りがあると、夜の雨の中でも駐車しやすくなるかも。

施設はすごく綺麗でBBQスペースも雨でも使用出来て、最高でした！
ワンチャンをお迎えしてから、初めての旅行でしたが、快適に過ごせました。
立地も良く、スタッフの方もとても良く、また軽井沢に行く時は使用したいと思いました！

新しく綺麗でした！
エアコンが1つしかなく、、1つのエアコンで部屋を涼しくしないといけないらしく、、まったく部屋が涼しくなく子供が汗をかいて熱中症ならないか心配でした。リビングにエアコンがまだあればいいんですが、、玄関の小さい扉にエアコンがあり、、よくわからなかったです。これから暑い夏になるのでちゃんとエアコン設備はしてくれないと熱中症を出すお客様もいると思います。
早急にエアコンを各部屋につけるなど絶対にした方がいいかと思います。
換気扇などのフィルターも埃だらけだったり、、綺麗にみえて気になるところが何ヶ所かありました。
別料金でバーベキューを頼んだんですが、、炭やら着火剤が全然足りませんでした。
ローケーションも車がガンガン走ってる道路なのであまり良くはなくバーベキューはしなくてよかったかなと思いました。
リピートしたかったんですがエアコン問題がある限り無いです。電話もしたんですが対応もいまいちでした。
