Ein hygienisches Disaster - Aufenthalt abgebrochen.

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Hafen und der Innenstadt, der Strand ist etwas weiter weg. Das Haus könnte sehr schön sein, wenn man es mit etwas Liebe und Arbeit auf Vordermann bringt.

Die Unterkunft wich komplett von den sehr guten Bewertungen bei booking.com ab. Wie diese zustande kommen, können wir uns wirklich nicht erklären. Das Gebäude und der Hinterhof wirkten nicht einladend – alles dreckig und voll Taubenkot. Im ganzen Haus war ein übler Kanalgeruch, der sich nicht herauslüften ließ. Vor allem im Erdgeschoss waren alle Fußböden dreckig und klebrig. Auf der Toilette fielen uns Zahnputzreste und fremde Haare auf. In der Küche wurde uns schlecht. Rund um die Spültischarmatur war Siff. In der Besteckschublade war Dreck, das Abtropfgitter für Geschirr, war auch dreckig. Auch roch die Spüle ebenfalls unangenehm. Eine so ekelige und verkeimte Dusche haben wir noch nie gesehen. Zudem war auch die Aufhängung der Handdusche abgebrochen. Ob die Regendusche funktioniert, haben wir bei dem Aussehen nicht ausprobieren mögen. Jedenfalls haben sich die weiblichen Reiseteilnehmerinnen geweigert die Dusche zu nutzen. Bei Ankunft fanden wir Dreck auf der Treppe, sah aus wie Schinkenspeck. Gegenüber waren überall Tauben und Taubennester. Damit war die Möglichkeit zum Lüften sehr eingeschränkt. Überall im Haus sind Duftkästchen verteilt, die helfen aber nicht, wie gesund die sind – keine Ahnung. Alle Vorhänge im Haus sind viel zu lang. Das klingt jetzt erstmal harmlos, aber ist eine Staub- und Stolperfalle. Für ältere Menschen damit potenziell gefährlich. Da auch am nächsten Tag der Geruch nicht weg war, haben wir in Abstimmung mit booking.com den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und die Unterkunft verlassen. Die Vermieter haben statt Entschuldigung und Erstattung der Kosten gegenüber booking.com behauptet, wir wären gar nicht angereist. Damit wollten sie uns die Möglichkeit einer Bewertung nehmen und brauchten auch nur eine sehr geringe Summe zu erstatten. Wir hoffen, dass wir hier über booking.com noch weiterkommen, sonst werden wir versuchen über einen Anwalt eine Klärung herbeizuführen.
