The location was perfect, and the flat was clear newly renovated. We loved the hot pot and the ability to cook our dinners.
A bit more communication would have been very helpful, such as that there is very limited hot water, so two people should not plan to take a shower in the morning, or how to turn on/off the heater or towel warmer (which we hoped to use to help dry our clothes). We figured it out eventually, but it would have really helped.

Great location, rooms a great size with all necessary facilities. Bathroom and kitchen were both very well equipped for our short stay.
No elevator and climbing two flights of stairs.

Great location. Bathroom spacious. Loved having a washing machine but could have done with a dryer. It was hard to dry the clothes. Has everything you need besides this.
Discovered the last day that the door code doesn't actually do anything. The only time the door was locked was when l locked it from the inside.

The location only.
Security, entrance door was not locked at all at night. The security box did not work. Entrance had a really bad smell. The bathroom also had a really damp smell.
Stairs difficult to walk particularly with luggage. Appeared cleaning not done properly, previous guest had left bread in the bread box and also 2 other items in the freezer. Staff not responsive when questioned where the actual long term parking was.
Could hear people in the street at all hours of the night.
