The location was splendid. The house was spotless and obviously quite new. For those staying a few days (like we did), it would have been nice to have a stove top (at least some burners) and a dishwasher. It would make coming home after all day visiting easier, if we could prepare a meal. Host was very attentive and even came to let us know to go out to see the Northern Lights... as he knew I really wanted to see them.
The washers and dryers that they use to clean the sheets were right next door to us. Although they were nice enough to start the cleaning at 10am, it is very loud if you are in the house.

La casa è pulita, spaziosa e moderna. La zona è molto bella e tranquilla
Non è presente un piano cottura e un forno. C"e solo un frigorifero, un lavandino e un microonde

Nice option to have a family of 5 in one location. Close to Hofn and glacier. Clean
The rental unit was on the basement floor under the owners” home. The views were not as expected. The owner was up early to cook for the other units and was sawing wood to build their deck. Not the quiet location with gorgeous views that we thought we rented. Only one bathroom.
