The place was neat, clean and ready for us. Really clean and grass was nice. Places we wanted to go weren't too far away like the seawall, pleasure pier, the strand, etc.
Mosquitoes, flies, and a 3 roaches. Had to spray a few of the wasps to help. Not a problem tho you cant get away from bugs they trying to escape the heat. Was missing batteries from one of the controller upstairs for the TV. Wish we had gotten more toilet paper for a 7 day stay with 5 adults and 2 children. No dishwasher pods was left to use for the dishwasher so I bought dish soap and washed dishes for the 7 days. Only one trash bag under the kitchen sink to use for trash for 7 days. I would say just be aware of how long people are staying, and how many people is all.

Good value for money.
Primary shower have some issues with cold water, dinning table and chairs has worn-out joints.

It was nice on the interio and exterior. Easy access upon arrival and departure. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Enough towels and bedding.
We arrived a little after 2pm and was extremely hot inside and didn't cool off until after 6pm. I have a son with autism and a niece with cerebral palsy and they were drench in sweat. It was very uncomfortable, especially after being in the heat all day at Moody Gardens and the water park. It was very dusty ( not owners fault). Also, the floors in the kitchen area are VERY weak and seem to be falling in. We had our drinks in the refrigerator for hours and we're still room temperature. I had to adjust the temperature. As we were cleaning up that night before bed there were 2 roaches in the kitchen. We finally got cold air at bedtime.
