Hotel Sai Miracle - Near New Delhi Railway Station

Staff was helpful and was courteous

We went to hotel Sai Miracle from Delhi railway station in an XL Uber taxi. We couldn't find a hotel in this name in the said address. It ended up in a very small Galli were a car could barely go. Our driver was cursing himself for that ride as he didn't expect that much small Galli. With luggages it was so difficult for us. We called the property and they responded that they will send a person to the spot and pick us and they did. They arranged two Small rickshaws one for our luggages and one for us to travel. It was in another small Galli and the Hotel was not Sai Miracle. It's name was Hotel Tashkanth in Galli number 8 in rajgurumarg road. They said all these hotels are of the same owner and not to worry about it. We got our stay , but the roads in that location were so pathetic. I would say the stay was okay for the price and the staff did help us. But even though it was close to new Delhi railway station I would recommend the customers who can afford a little more to book a hotel in a better location with accessibility and better road conditions. Never book hotels in these kind of small Gallis if you have family and luggages with you and if you could afford a little more.

Our experience was ok. Rooms are small compared to how they look in photos. Cleanliness needs to upgrade. Especially the bathroom needs to have a deep clean. There were molds in some areas, and the commode had some stains. They provided soap and two shampoo packets. The towels were old but washed and clean. Overall it's ok for the money we paid, as I heard from the friends who were in New Delhi before. We ordered french fries just after we arrived for our 20-month-old baby. But it was too greasy, and we were worried about giving it to our baby. Then we dine outside for our entire stay.

The front office staff from night till morning—the young guy. He lacks an understanding of hospitality. The older staff at the front desk were helpful and pleasant. However, this young man was rude and consistently negative. When I inquired about ironing service, he informed me it was paid, and I accepted that. Then he stated the service was unavailable. I asked if I could find an iron to use myself, and he again said no, that the service was not available. The next day, we informed housekeeping that we didn't need our room cleaned since we had only used it for a few hours, and we requested a refill of the tea and coffee supplies. Upon returning to our room in the evening, I found that they had not been refilled. I called the reception and later the kitchen, but nothing was done. I called reception again, and that same young man appeared. He claimed that the tea/coffee supplies and water were not complimentary and that we had to pay for them. I explained that I received them as complimentary on the first day and had asked room service to refill them today, also requesting not to clean or move our belongings that morning. He insisted it was complimentary only for the first day and that thereafter it was paid. I was willing to pay if it was clearly stated or part of the policy, but he seemed to be trying to deceive me. I pointed out that it was listed as included, and he eventually conceded and left. After that, I received two bottles of water, but we had already purchased enough ourselves. I didn't want him to treat another guest this way. He was the only negative experience I had at this property. He seems to lack any understanding of hospitality. Having worked in the hospitality sector for over a decade, I believe individuals like him need proper training or should consider a different career if they cannot grasp the essence of the industry.

Food was good. Location was little difficult to get to as it is in an inner Lane. There was no Sign Board or Marker to tell us to turn in The frontage was not visible at all from the main street

The hotel is right in the city center, between new and old Delhi, convenient location for both the station and the airport. The welcome was much appreciated, especially because the staff brought our bags right into the room. Breakfast was served sweet, in the Western style because we had asked for this courtesy as Italians. After all I recommend it.

The flaw unfortunately is the state of the furniture and the sanitary facilities but above all the cleanliness, both of the room and in general, but the management has already told us that they have reported the problem to work on it.
