Great location. Easy to get parking permit. Lots of parking spaces. Modern kitchen. Plenty of light. Rooms a good size. Even a small seating area in a back yard. The front door worked off an electronic keypad, which was easy to use. Restaurants, and a Trader Joe's close by.
The mattress of the main bedroom is probably ready for replacement.

The property was fine and was very walkable to nearby restaurants. It was a safe area.
Honestly, I was considering canceling because I was repeatedly asked who would be staying with me. I completely understand asking once, but being asked numerous times was unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable, especially since I was traveling alone and being female. I didn’t understand why I kept being asked who would be staying with me when I had already clearly stated that it would just be myself.
I was told the reason they kept asking was to make sure everything was properly “set up.” However, there was nothing special that needed to be set up, as I was only staying by myself.
The bed was extremely firm—so firm that I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. It also took an extremely long time for the house to cool down, which they were made aware of. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the house. It smelled strongly of cat urine and mold/mildew.
