A lot better than we expected for the price. I'm originally from Leicester, I know the area to be quite rough and not people friendly, however totally different from what I expected. Lovely people all round and much higher standard of room than we expected for the small price we paid and we stayed an extra night

A car park would've been a bonus

Near to amenities.

No responsible person at the reception. Fridge was not working. Bathroom needs rectified, soap tray, toilet holder, etc. Fridge was not working, luckily we didn't have any food bought.

Location. the flat is in the city center so easy to get buses.

The building stairs was not clean. Every floor has a different smell. It seems there is no vantilation inside the building. The toilet extractor was not working.
