This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The views were absolutely spectacular and one of the best parts of the property. The location was great, and the home had many wonderful features and amenities that made our stay comfortable.The biggest downside was the check-in process. Because the property is located within a gated community, you need to have all of your documentation ready, including vehicle registration and insurance information. You also have to keep track of the gate pass paperwork each time you enter and exit, which felt a bit inconvenient and not particularly user-friendly after a long day of travel.That said, once we got settled in, we had a great experience. The beautiful views and overall location made it well worth the stay.Definitely do your research about staying on the west side what they say about it is mostly accurate. But luckily you are in a gated community.
