Turtle Creek Unit 1 - 5 Bedroom 6.5 Bath Duplex Home, Ocean View, Dog Friendly, Private Pool, Sleeps 16 (102 SE 61st Street, Unit 1) ****New Construction and New to the Rental Market**** ****Please Note: Rooftop deck is not available for guest use.**** Note: This property is a duplex home that rents as individual units (sleeping 16 each) under the separate listings as Turtle Creek Unit 1 and Turtle Creek Unit 2. Both units can also be rented together as an entire house (sleeping 32 total) - see the separate listing for Turtle Creek Whole House. This home (units or the entire home) accepts vacation rentals April 1 to October 1 only.
