L’accueil à la réception lors du check-in a été très agréable et efficace. J’ai eu la chance d’être surclassé grâce à l’attention et à la gentillesse de la personne qui m’a accueilli, toujours souriante et très professionnelle. J’ai ainsi pu séjourner dans un bungalow calme, propre et plein de charme. Le cadre était très reposant, la piscine agréable et bien entretenue. La clientèle, majoritairement russe lors de mon séjour, était respectueuse, ce qui a contribué à une ambiance paisible. Une très belle expérience dans un environnement chaleureux et agréable.
Il est difficile de formuler des critiques, car j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Toutefois, voici quelques points qui pourraient, selon moi, être améliorés. La restauration ne m’a pas totalement convaincu et pourrait gagner en qualité et en variété afin de mieux répondre aux attentes des clients. En revanche, les pâtisseries étaient excellentes et méritent d’être soulignées.

The location was great; a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute taxi ride to the medina. The pool was a good size with plenty of space for everyone. We didn’t attend any of the entertainment in the evenings as we went out for dinner, but it sounded good when we got back to our rooms.
We thought it was expensive for just a room stay and the customer service wasn’t the best. The majority of other guests were on the all inclusive package but as we were room only, we had to pay for drinks which we didn’t mind. However it was near impossible getting anyone to take our order, even just for some water. We couldn’t actually get anything to drink or eat on the beach as they told us they don’t serve to non all inclusive guests on the beach and we had to go back to the pool to get water. The room was quite small, not as big as it looked in the images which wasn’t the end of the world.
