The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast had a good selection to choose from, and the location was ideal.
Overall, a great property with excellent service, convenient facilities, and a good location. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Concierge team was also very helpful, especially Matthew, who helped arrange a trip for us to Kuala Selangor and our airport taxies. Rooms are neat, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection and variety.
There is no spa in the hotel! Although there are many around the hotel, you are not always sure of what you get there! The pool could stay open till 8pm, going an extra hour for those who want to swim.

I had a great stay! Parking was easy to gind,the lift was easily accessible and check in was fast and smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. The room was lively and comfortable
