Отличный хозяин дома Армен.
Всегда готов помочь, подсказать.
Если он не в гостевом доме, то ответит быстро по Вацап.
В ГД доме много жильцов, но нет шума, все доброжелательные, чисто.
Комната у меня была большая, чистая с удобной кроватью и балконом.
Но в душе не было бортика.
Такой южный вариант

La chambre était très propre mais la cuisine était sale. Malheureusement ce sont les clients qui utilisaient la cuisine qui laissaient leurs vaisselle sale dans l'évier. Il n'y avait pas non plus assez de couverts, d'assiettes ou de tasses.

Ab zwei Nächte darf man die Waschmaschine kostenlos nutzen.
Die Betten haben Vorhänge.
Die Küche war es sehr schmutzig. Das Bad möchte ich erst gar nicht erwähnen. Selbst der Badevorhang war fleckig und verfärbt. Es muss dringend an der Hygiene und Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden.
