Everything was great. Definitely one of the best options to stay and celebrate some holiday or just rest.
The house was clean and contained everything needed. There was a bbq outside with skewers and table with roof. So you can chill outside as much as inside near to fire.
Very friendly hosts that always ready to help, we had a lot of questions and they answered all of them quickly with video showing. Also he gifted us a basket of wood to make fire and it was very nice.
The only shop in the area is a small market with the most needed items. It is a 5-minute walk away. And if you need something bigger or less usual or just more choice, you need go to Borjomi. But it's about 8 minutes on taxi, so it's okay.

Очень уютный домик с небольшой территорией, где есть беседка с большим столом и мангал. Внутри очень чисто, есть одноразовые тапочки, шампуни, гели для душа и индивидуальные полотенца. Особого внимания заслуживают потрясающие матрасы для идеального сна (что редко бывает в арендном жилье) и, как будто, накрахмаленное белоснежное отельное бельё.

Отличный комфортный объект в котором всё продумано и всё есть.
По сути не было такого, ну может удаленность магазина, но для этой локации это абсолютно нормально.

Дом со вторым светом, хорошо оснащен, есть дворик с навесом и мангалом, горячая вода, отопление. Хороший интерьер, оч удобные матрацы, супер уютные одеяла! Есть камин, в новогоднее время стоит красивая елка, украшенная уютными герляндами! Прекрасное место с потрясающими видами, до Боржоми минут 10 на машине, до Бакуриани 30-40 минут.
