Very friendly helpful reception staff who helped me get wifi on my phone. Godd location in quiet street easy walking distance to entertainment area of KK and Central Plaza

Location was good. Facilities were modern
Tv in our room was old and didn’t work well, we had dirty blankets. We went to the staff about it and then we got new ones. New blanket was also dirty and then we changed it again and we got another blanket. That blanket was the blanket that we had first :D Then the staff member said we ain’t getting new blankets anymore and we slept with the dirty blanket.
Staff were lovely but they didn’t speak english at all
