Very easy to get to the property off the train and with the tram outside the door it was so easy to ride down to the old

Our stay was wonderful and the hosts were extremely responsive.

This was a perfect location for walking to the Niceville train station. It was close to restaurants, the grocery store, pharmacy.

A good property, but inadequate toilet facilities.

The studio, located close to the central train station is clean and comfortable. There is a small balcony which overlooks the tram stop and the kitchen is well equipped. However, there was one major issue that we were not informed about until check in. Message from host: Thank you for your message. We kindly ask that toilet paper and any other items are not flushed down the toilet, as this can cause blockages. For your convenience, we have placed a small bin next to the toilet where all toilet paper and sanitary items should be disposed of. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the facilities. It is unreasonable and unhygienic to expect guests to put soiled toilet paper in an open bin. There were no alternatives to using toilet paper ie bidet or hose. In addition, there was a sign above the toilet indicating that if the toilet blocks with waste, guests must contact the plumber directly and pay €300.

Excellent location, very cozy and tastefully designed apartment.

Great location, near the beach, old town and train station. A lot of stores available, you have literally everything just minutes away. The hosts were very prompt in answering our questions. The apartment was very cozy, spacious and tastefully designed.

The street is very busy, and the noise level is quite high (being on the first floor), which can be unpleasant, especially at night when you’re trying to rest. Another inconvenience was the fact that we had only two towels for two people over the course of five days, which was unpleasant for us because we couldn’t bring our own towels in our luggage, as we traveled by plane. Another issue was the toilet, which got clogged after flushing toilet paper. There are many signs warning you not to throw anything else in the toilet besides toilet paper (which is absolutely normal). However, the problem was that the toilet became completely clogged even when flushing just toilet paper, rendering it unusable. That being said, the hosts responded quickly and resolved the issue. I would like to take this opportunity to point out that the toilet seems to have a technical problem (I don’t believe it’s solely due to guests throwing inappropriate items into it).

Gut und modern eingerichtet. Sehr modernes Bad. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Gute Schallisolierung. Direkt an der Tram und über einem guten Café, das auch früh öffnet. Laufweite zum Bahnhof.

Sehr sehr belebte Straße, Fenster zur Straße im ersten Stock - Lüften kaum möglich, dann wird es trotz kleiner Klimaanlage schnell stickig. Nur eine Bettdecke.
