We were greated by lovely Eleni who welcomed us to the property, we stayed in Aria Villa. The views were exceptional and the property was so well designed and thought out. Even though there were 2 neighbouring properties, it still felt extremely private. Everything was spotless and smelt so clean when you walked in. The host left us food and gifts to take home, along with a lovely bottle of wine too. It was close by to all amenities you could need, multiple supermarkets, all within walking distance or 2 minutes by car. A wonderful Taverna by the beach which was so tasty and some of the best greek food we have ever eaten. We will 100% be returning to this wonderful property. There was plenty to do around the area too, we did a walk to the gorge just up the road, we took a boat to some other beaches in the local area, saw the castle in the town, and the drives around were amazing. We even saw the milky way from the road leading up to the property (we defiantly recommend an evening walk to admire all the stars). Complete bliss and thank you Eleni for being a wonderful host 🧡
Our only issue was that on two nights, at around 7pm, the property’s water supply fell short. This was due to an issue in the local area and nothing to do with the host. Eleni was really apologetic and did her best to make sure the water came back on within 30 minutes.

Well thought through design of the space - lovely view from patio and pool - very comfy beds and pillows - great gas BBQ - really responsive host. Easy drive to uncrowded beaches even in August - or you can walk to the closest one. Great food at local taverna. We had a fabulous stay, the extra bits we asked for were sent quickly. It felt quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted.

Krásná přízemní vilka s nádherným výhledem na Libyjské moře. Velice milí hostitelé, vybavení do posledního detailu. Krásný bazén, úklid každé 3 dny. V docházkové vzdálenosti taverna Vatalos - vaří dobře, dobře vybavený supermarkery 2 km.
Jižní pobřeží Kréty divoké, klikatá silnice přes hory - zážitek.
Beautiful single-story villa with a stunning view of the Libyan Sea. Very nice hosts, equipped down to the last detail. Lovely pool, cleaning every 3 days. Within walking distance, the taverna Vatalos - cooks well, a well-stocked supermarket 2 km away. The southern coast of Crete is wild, with a winding road through the mountains – an experience.
